Ready. Set. Done!


TR Vivid provides the highest quality production services for special events through our Ready. Set. Done! division. Because each event is unique, we customize a price quote for every event, but for your convenience, offer the following production service pricing guidelines:

Turn-Key Production


Our full-service option, Turn-Key Production ensures that your order is received on time, inspected upon count-in, delivered to the event site and installed to your specifications by our professional and experienced crews. At the conclusion of the event, our crew handles tear-down, inventory count-out and makes all arrangements for the return to your supplier. Napkin folding and placement are also included, if requested in advance.

Turn-Key Production cost can typically be estimated by adding 20-25% to the cost of your linen rental charges, but of course, depends on the complexity of the installation. This service carries a minimum fee of $250.

Prices are based on the event taking place in the DFW metroplex, a 4-hour installation window and a 3-hour tear-out window. For orders outside DFW, or those with shorter turn-times, we will gladly provide a custom price quote.

Chair Covers, Pads and Ties


For the installation of chair covers, pads and/or ties, our production service crew will inspect and count-in your chair covers/ties and deliver them to the event site.

For chair covers/ties installation, there is a $1.25 per chair fee (with a minimum installation fee of $200).

For breakdown/tear-out, the fee is 50¢ per chair (with a minimum tear-out fee of $150).

Prices are based on the event taking place in the DFW metroplex, a 4-hour installation window and a 3-hour tear-out window. For orders outside DFW, or those with shorter turn-times, we will gladly provide a custom price quote.

Strike Assistance or Count-Out Supervision


Many times, you simply need an extra hand at the end of an event to count items back in and make sure you aren't missing any linen (for which the replacement fees can be costly).

TR Vivid Group can supply count-out supervisors to assist your staff for these purposes. These supervisors are not on-site to replace your tear-out personnel or to pack up your event linen, but to supervise the tear-out and verify inventory counts before the crew leaves the venue. They act as as your 'independent insurance agent', which protects you from lost linen charges.

The fee is $150 per supervisor for events that conclude before 1:00AM. The total fee depends on the size of the job and the number of supervisors needed.

Steaming and Ironing


For clients that wish to have their linen steamed and/or ironed, TR Vivid Group can provide this service for an additional charge of $5.00 per table linen or skirt. The client must provide access to electrical outlets (or generators on-site if no electricity is available through the venue). Please be aware that steaming and/or ironing on site does not guarantee cloths 100% free of permanent wrinkles or creases.  Travel outside the DFW metroplex will incur an additional charge.
